Taxi services are also available as well as city (Lynx) buses. A digital guest guidebook will be sent to guests prior to their stay. It includes check in/out details, driving directions, a detailed house manual, area restaurants & recommendations, and more! We provide one paper towel, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a travel size soap-shampoo-conditioner for each bathroom, one fresh clean shower towel per guest, clean pool towels, and fresh clean bed linens in all beds. **IMPORTANT: Refundable Security deposit required. Guest access: Guest has access to entire home Other things to note: The POOL heat is NOT included Pool Heat is available for a non refundable fee of $50.00 per night. Please note: the pool heat can take up to 24 hours to heat from the time it is turned on. If you are planning on using the BBQ GRILL: There is a one time non refundable fee of $50 plus tax (12%) to use the BBQ Grill. This fee covers the cost of the use of the grill and cleaning only- it does NOT include a propane tank, you must provide your own propane tank. *Due to insurance liability guests are not permitted to bring their own bbq grill Rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival. A starter kit of cleaning supplies is provided however once you’ve run out you are responsible for purchasing more. We do not restock. This is an industry standard practice. The starter cleaning supplies include: 1 paper towel roll 1 sponge 1 mini dishwashing soap 1 dishwashing pod 1 garbage bag in each garbage bin 1 toilet paper roll in each bathroom NO PARTIES OR EVENTS allowed. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. A $500.00 refundable security deposit is required for your stay and to gain access to the home.
