Small cozy 50 m2 house between Flanders and Audomarois, between Belgium and the Opal Coast, close to the mill and the Abbey of Watten and the Lac Bleu. The space Single-story cottage with a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a sofa bed that converts to a 140 x 190 bed, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare good meals, a bathroom equipped with a large shower and a washing machine. The toilet is separate. Beds are prepared for guests who will also each have their towels provided. A fenced garden with terrace and lawn is entirely reserved for you, overlooking the Flemish countryside (and the many deer in the area), the house is located 200 m from the Lac Bleu de Watten and 1 km from the mill and the abbey (exceptional panoramic view). You can take beautiful bike or walking tours in our beautiful Flemish and Audomar countryside (bike shelter not closed but secure). The house is non-smoking, we do not accept any pets, and parties and events are not allowed. Guest access private and common parking at the neighboring house, fully fenced lawn and terrace for guests only, bicycle shelter available. Other things to note The house is located 3 km from Watten, 5 km from the forest and the Eperlecques Blockhaus, 10 km from the Audomarois marshes, 15 km from Saint Omer, 30 km from Dunkirk and Bergues, 20 min from Cassel (favorite village of the French 2018), 20 min from Esquelbecq (favorite village of the French 2023), about 45 min from the beautiful beaches of the Opal Coast and 80 km from Lille. A car is essential or at least a bike, so don't hesitate to take yours for beautiful walks.
