The space Guests have use of the kitchen, living room, powder room, foyer (except lockoffs), 3rd floor bedrooms, bathrooms, deck off the sunroom and backyard (common space). Sorry, no pets allowed. No parties. No smoking. Not suitable for young children. Guest access Guests have access to the townhouse through the front door foyer level and back sliding door on the second level deck. Other things to note No RV or over 20’ vehicle parking permitted. Parking allotted on the larger “right hand side” only of the double driveway (should fit 2 average sized vehicles). No street parking permitted. All Association rules apply. Quiet time 10pm to 8am. No parties. No pets. No grills allowed.
