The space This spacious private villa is spread across three levels, offering generous living areas, multiple bedrooms, and seamless indoor–outdoor spaces—ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and privacy. Entrance Floor The entrance level features a comfortable living area and two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience. This floor offers direct access to the private swimming pool, making it perfect for guests who enjoy easy outdoor living and poolside relaxation. First Floor The first floor serves as the main social hub of the villa. It includes a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen suitable for preparing meals, and an additional bathroom. From this level, you can step out onto an expansive terrace, ideal for outdoor dining, relaxing, or enjoying the surrounding greenery. Second Floor The top floor offers three additional bedrooms, making the villa well-suited for larger groups. This level also features a spacious balcony with beautiful sea views, providing a peaceful spot to enjoy the fresh air. A shared bathroom with a washing machine is also located on this floor for added convenience during longer stays. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire house and will be provided with two sets of keys for your convenience. Other things to note - Hot water runs from a pre-heated electrical tank; long or back-to-back hot showers might not be possible - The pool's deepest section is 1.5 meters, while the shallow area is 90 cm - The swimming facility shall be accessible for utilization within the designated period spanning from the 15th of May to the 30th of October - Please be mindful that the villa is in a quiet residential area with elderly neighbors. This makes it an ideal place for guests seeking a calm and peaceful stay. For that reason, we kindly ask you to keep noise levels low, especially during the evening and night hours. Parties or loud gatherings are not permitted. - The cleanliness of our bed linens and towels is a top priority. Stains from makeup, nail polish, blood, or other substances require special treatment, and in some cases, may be impossible to remove. If a stain cannot be removed, the item may need to be replaced, and the cost could be charged to you. We kindly ask that you treat these items with care, as you would your own. FINES & FEES FOR THE VIOLATIONS - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any violation will result in a 100 EUR penalty fee - Lost keys will incur a 35 EUR replacement fee - If keys are left inside the door lock, requiring locksmith assistance, a 60 EUR service charge will apply IMPORTANT CHECK-IN INFORMATION To comply with local regulations (Turkish Law No. 1774, dated 26/06/1973), all guests are required to provide valid ID or passport details before check-in.
