You cannot listen to music in a very loud volume that will disturb your neighbors. The house has stairs and unprotected pool, keep in mind for toddlers and older adults. It is forbidden to wash the vehicles in the property. The house is two-story, the ground floor is the one that guests use, with all amenities including patio, pool, quincho. Upstairs is not enabled. In the area there is a cat who is always around the house, it does not bother, this neutered, it has its own food, it is totally independent, keep in mind before booking. The neighborhood is very quiet, so there are hours to respect from 2 pm to 5 pm and from 12 am to 9 am to not make annoying noises.
