The space The intuitive architecture provides the sense of a getaway, although guests at our Bandra flat are right in the heart of the city. The apartment is tastefully outfitted with customizable lighting, modern fixtures and appliances, and beautiful curtains and furniture. Lovely floors and lofty ceilings promote a sense of spaciousness and clarity. The lavish interiors are completed by modern designer kitchens and handcrafted furnishings. The living room is a beautiful area with an entertainment area that has a sofa set and LED screen to spend family time together, with a huge window to enjoy the outside view. The living room also comes with a 4-seater dining area where you can enjoy food as a family or host your colleagues. Guest access Our 3-bedroom apartment comes with a bathroom attached to each room and a small balcony sitting area. Bedrooms also have a small private working table and ample storage space for long-time guests. The bathroom provides all the amnesties that are needed to make you feel at home. All our bedrooms and living areas have AC available. The kitchen is fully furnished with a large fridge, microwave, toaster, gas stove, and a lot of storage cabinets if you want to stay for a long or short time. Other things to note Please Note - We don't allow a party in our apartment or get-together. Playing loud Music/ screaming /disturbing neighbours is not permitted. This place is exclusively for Business and Family travellers who wish to have a second home in Mumbai City. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave if already checked in. Please be aware that only personal bags are allowed on the premises. Boxes, cartons, sacks, and furniture are not permitted, and using apartments for godown purposes is restricted. If you need to store goods or materials, please contact the host before your arrival to inquire about third-party godown availability and charges.
