Quiet Garden Basement Flat Northfield / Longbridge

I am a friendly host with a peaceful basement flat that faces a spacious garden which is private and not overlooked..I have a large walk in shower, very expensive orthopaedic double bed with built in foam topper and lounge with full view of the garden .Please note there are 8 steps down to the basement flat and there is low ceiling height in the dining room at 6 foot 1, elsewhere its fine.There is a key safe for self check in. Free tea and coffee is provided The space The flat has a private entrance and you can come and go without disturbing anyone .In summer you never need a fan on even the hottest days .It is automatically heated to an ambient temperature but it can be adjusted up or down with the thermostat .You can sit out and enjoy the garden, Its very private and not overlooked .Thats my garage at the bottom end of it. Other things to note Very well located on the A38 in Northfield well set back from the road with free parking outside the door.For a main road it is surprisingly quiet ,especially in the evenings. I am situated across the road from a line of small shops including 2 convenience stores and an Indian take away , a chinese and pizza shop.2 minutes walk away is an Indian sit down restaurant and Fish and Chip shop. Being the A38 it is a direct road to the M5 Junction 4 about 3 1/2 miles away and on to Bromsgrove and Worcester .The M42 Junction 2 is 4 miles away with a fast route to London. To Selly Oak its about 4 miles and the city centre about 8 miles. It is also a 7 minute walk to Longbridge railway station for frequent direct trains to Selly Oak, The University ,QEH, Five Ways the City Centre ,Sutton Coldfield Lichfied Bromsgrove and Redditch.There are also frequent buses to Rubery and Rednal ,Northfiield ,Selly Oak, Five Ways, and the City Centre & Bromsgrove .There is also a shopping park at Longbridge about 7 - 8 minutes walk away with a Sainsburys. M & S , pub, bank ,restaurants and a few shops . It is also 2 miles from open countryide and the foot of the Lickey Hills which is a beautiful park on the border of Birmingham and Worcestershire.
