About this place New modern sunny apartment centrally located in Arendal. The apartment is 10 minutes by car from the city center. Grocery store, bus stop and bakery/café nearby. There are several free parking spaces right outside the apartment. Two bedrooms with double beds. 180 x 200 and 150 x 200. Patio with barbecue, outdoor furniture and lots of sun. The zoo/Sørlandssenteret 40 min by car. Kristiansand, Kjevik 50 min by car. Grimstad 15 min by car. Other things to note PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN OR OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT. NOTE in case of allergies, there is usually a cat living in the apartment.
