We do provide toilet necessity (shower gel) except for toilet paper 2. Our kitchen has basic utensils. However the guest is not allowed to cook 3. You can self-check in earlier at 2pm and check out at 12pm (preparation for housekeeping session). Any early check in and late check out is subject to availability and additional charges 1-3hours: RM30/hour 4-6hours: half day rental charge >6hours: full day rental charge 4. We practice self-check in procedure. We will provide the code at 12pm on the check in day after full payment have been made 5. Store room will be closed to keep personal item 6.BBQ pit is available to use but ni charcoal provided 7. Strictly no event, party, gathering, kenduri etc to be held at the unit 8. Any defect after check out, penalty will be charged to the guest depending on defect condition 9. Sorry,no pet allowed 10. Strictly, no smoking inside the house 11. Strictly, no alcohol drink and non-halal food allowed 12. Guests have to pay RM150 refundable deposit before check in as security
