The three most important things in real estate. Stay at our place and you’re not a “few minutes” a “couple blocks” or a “short drive” from the action….you are in the action. Get/bring what you need from home or outside of town center….and you can stay here for a week and not move your car once with our free parking pass. The parking deck is literally across the street. There is a Starbucks around the corner and you can see the Tasting Room when you walk outside. The Tasting Room is our favorite restaurant….you’ll want to make reservations 10 days or so before your stay. Sit under the back outdoor pergola and smell the aroma from all the restaurants surrounding the home. One of the top things guest say about our house is how surprised and happy they were with the location. The house is in the very heart of Frederick. When you first enter the house you'll notice the slightly urban feel with the decor but with the unmistakable charm of a well-built historic house. The living room on the left has an upscale feel which will allow you to sit back, watch tv, or take the time to have great conversations with family and friends. Off from the living room, there is a dining room which is large enough to hold some of your best dinner parties. Seating up to 10 people. Table can be reduced for a smaller more intimate gathering. The kitchen is just what the cook ordered. Plenty of room to prepare that feast you've always wanted to serve. For those coffee lovers, you'll find a nice coffee bar with plenty of space to serve cocktails and wine. You can blend your coffee beans or use your Krups pods. Right off the kitchen is your first full size bathroom. There are two separate staircases leading up to the second floor where you will find The Master Suite with a king size bed. Room has several dressers and closets to stow all your clothing away. The Murphy Room is a great quiet space to sit back and enjoy a good book. Don't let the size of the room fool you. Need extra sleeping space? Move the two red chairs to the side and pull down a full size bed. It's a great space. Please note, this room does not have doors. The Blue Room is a very special area. You will find a queen size bed with a separate seating area where you can kick back and watch tv. The room has a full size ensuite bathroom. Need more space for an extra guest? Fold down the back of the sectional couch for a single size bed. Then you're off to the third floor where you will find another full size bathroom. Guest can enjoy bunk beds (single and double) or take another couple of steps up and you'll find yourself in another spacious room with a queen size bed. Plenty of dresser space and closets to unpack and stow your luggage away. Guest can spend some time outside sitting on inviting patio furniture under a pergola. It's another great area to sit back, read a book with a nice glass of wine, or take a nap while taking in some of the great aromas from the restaurants within minutes of the house. Throughout the house, you will find art work for sale by local artists. See something you like, just contact the seller. Sorry, we no longer allow pets to be a guest in the house. Washer and dryer is available in the basement of the house. Please be careful when going down the steps. Cleaning fee of $250 which will go towards ensuring the house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for the next guest. This is a the perfect house to hold a bridal shower or wedding party. Next door is a wonderful beauty salon to glam yourself up for the special day. Wedding parties love our place and give us some of the highest reviews, whether it’s your party or your significant others party, it is perfect. We offer one parking pass for the Parking Garage. There is a $100 fee for lost parking pass. More than one car? No problem. The parking deck has plenty of space for extra vehicles with a daily rate fee. There is always something happening in Frederick. Let us know if you have any special events that we may be able to help you get ready for. Guest access Prior to your arrival, you will receive your personal house key code. To activate the key pad, place hand over pad, enter your personal code and then touch the check mark. It’s that easy. When you leave, place hand over the key pad and the door automatically locks.
