Basement Suite conveniently close to the hospital

Our space is a cozy 2 queen sized bedroom basement suite in our home with a semi-private entrance. We are conveniently located directly behind the Dauphin Regional Health Centre. We are a short drive to local shops/grocery stores. The space This cozy 2 bedroom basement suite has everything you need and more. Large dining room table with comfy leather reclining sofa and a 60 inch television for those who want to wind down during the evening. We are located in a quiet neighbourhood conveniently located behind the hospital. We have a spacious driveway that include an electrical outlet for those cold nights (parking along right side the driveway along the lilac bushes). Charming, landscaped backyard full of greenery. Enjoy sitting beneath the gazebo or under the tiki hut to enjoy the hummingbirds that are frequent in our yard. Let this be your home away from home. Guest access Guests will be able to access the suite from the door located on the driveway with the key code provided. Private space includes 2 queen bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, living room and access to our shared laundry. Guests are also able to access the shared back yard at the gate located between the garage and the house. As well, guest will have access to the BBQ located in the backyard (no fish or shellfish allowed due to allergies).
