This home is perfectly located close to downtown, SPAC and the track, while conveniently located across the street from groceries and the Saratoga Spa State Park. The apartment is the first floor of our home and you’ll find the living room, a full bathroom, and a king size bed. Outside we have plenty of parking on a quiet and calm neighborhood. We live upstairs, so we’ll share the backyard space and patio. You’ll have a private entrance around back with a keypad entrance for self check. Guest access You’ll receive a code for entrance door lock that will last your entire stay. You’ll have access to the entire first floor, a full bathroom and a king size bed. As we live on the second floor, we’ll be readily available to address any concerns or questions.
