Guest access The entire home, as well as the hot tub, kayaks, canoe, etc. are yours to use as often and whenever you’d like. Please note that no lifeguard or life preservation gear is provided, and the host is in no way responsible for your safety on the lake or in the hot tub. Please enjoy water-related activities responsibly. Other things to note The two Sanford lakes are non-power sports lakes, so no motorized boats or jet skis are permitted. The neighborhood puts a priority on serenity, so we ask that no one make unreasonable amounts of noise, especially after dark.
