Our home is all about birds,vistas and our tropical plant collection,herbs and perma gardens.All is embedded in 100 acres of protected forest,full of food and nesting sites for all the big and small birds,deer and all other! wild life. We had built 2 cabins before even electricity,let alone www reached this formerly remote spot and combined them into this basic,quiet happy house for Birders and dreamers and lovers and YOU The space Its a park. since we are located in the middle of what is known as the ecological corredor (Paso de las Lapas) and conserved it for the past 30 years, wheather bird or mammal,if its native to the zone you may see it here and no,monkeys are sporadic on our property itself while around... Guest access You can explore our protected forest and jungle on a number of trails,a few km alltogether making trips to natural parks unnessessary,we are a private park. Ill do your laundry in my house for you as a free service Other things to note there is a nearby pulperia-store a couple of km up the road,you can walk there but its a rural resale and thus very pricy,no veggies or goods beyond basic,so you want to grocery shop in a real super market, and bring it all,the fully equipped kitchen w blender inspires for making your meals... also Im happy to help out in case you run short on something,its worked that way forever. For serious hikers:there is a river about 2h away that is just great to go to. A bank with water birds also good to splishsplash around in, especially in the summer,closeby there is horseback riding to a waterfall,it's WOW,a real secret spot we can also go in my truck for a few hours, a real getaway from the getaway so to say😀
