The house consists of a total of 5 floors, there are therefore many stairs in the house. The house is 150 years old and each floor has been added after time. This is a very typical Provencal house with much charm, in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is fully equipped and when you rent we prepare the beds and give you towels. New windows and aircondition is to help your stay and internet of course. Parking is next to the cooperative, a minute walk from the house. The space The house is very central, you do not need a car when you are here. 3 minutes from the bakery by foot, shops and several restaurants. The village is perfect for walking trips and the tourist office in the village has plenty of activities for you. The house consists of a total of 5 floors. Ground floor has direct access to the street level which provides the opportunity to use the outdoor space. We use this as a family room as you can have the patio doors open, but be careful not to let loose cats enter! We have a closet there, a small fridge and also a shower, attached to its own toilet and sink, which allows guests to have this room to themselves. Perfect for for instance an elderly couple who wants to be by themselves and are not so fond of stairs. Small washing machine (user manual is on top of it), nicely hidden behind a cupboard. 2 double beds that function as sofas during the day. (So you can actually in theory make 4 people sleep here) 2nd floor consists of kitchen, dining area with large Provencal fireplace. Stove and dishwasher. In addition to a dishwasher, there is a kettle and coffee maker. Various laundry and cleaning items are in the cupboard under the sink. Everything in crockery and cutlery is of course in place. In addition, the house also has wireless internet. 3rd floor consists of master bedroom with closet and chest of drawers with attached bathroom. BETWEEN THE 3RD AND 4RD FLOORS - mind the ceiling! A place there that is very low - easy to hurt yourself. This is an old house and it was built little by little. A lot of charm to be found here. :) 4th floor consists of one bedroom (single bed) with one small window - has entrance from the stairwell. The living room has high ceilings and Velux window, and a built-in terrace. In the living room, if desired, you can turn the sofa into a double bed. We enjoy the terrace a lot - there is a beautiful view from this room towards the mountain. The built-in terrace has a small sink with hot and cold water and a refrigerator. CAUTION: To modernize the building we had to install air conditioning and the fan was unfortunately placed here. So when we sit up here, we turn off the air conditioner. We have also set up a hatch that blocks one window, because the terrace must be closed well, otherwise pigeons can enter. 5th floor, one very small bedroom at the top of the house with sofa bed. Guest access Our guests have access to the whole house, only for themselves. :) I prepare the beds well in advance and I put a towel on the beds. Registration Details 8304600009305
