Newly renovated 1-Bedroom guest suite with a private entrance and patio all to yourself. Relish a great cup of coffee on the tree-covered patio! Enjoy easy access (2 Blocks, short walk) to all that West Asheville has to offer, yet stay on a peaceful and quiet street. Brand new bathroom, Queen bedroom with a serene view of the garden. Bright and sunny living space with Couch, TV Viewing area and Kitchenette overlooking the garden and koi pond. 1 small/medium dog is welcome :) The space Your suite is newly renovated with large bathroom and shower. It is not a shared space so you have full privacy. We have a kuerig and a coffee maker, electric tea kettle and supply both coffee and tea with creamers. If there is something specific you need I will be happy to get it for you. Just let me know beforehand! Guest access You have your own patio and entrance! You are welcome to park in the driveway and we have an ev charger that you can use at no extra charge! Please do not go past the gate into our yard unless we speak first. Other things to note NOTE - We live in a separate part of the house and have 2 friendly mixed breed corgis, you might hear them barking once in a while.
