This apartment has three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a 1.50x2m bed with a fully equipped private bathroom (towels, hair dryer, gel, shampoo, etc.) in the master bedroom, and two other bedrooms with a 1.10x2m bed with a bathroom in front. Living room with plasma TV, sofa and two rocking chairs The apartment has a large FULL KITCHEN with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glassware and cutlery for four people, induction ceramic hob, kitchenware, juicer, blender, etc. In addition, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. It also has: - Fiber optic Wi-Fi connection - Air conditioning - Heat pump NOTE!! Spanish law requires us to verify the guest's ID/passport information in person upon arrival and to send this information to the police. We are also required to provide an email for each of the guests. Guest access - This apartment has PARKING in the same building (included in the apartment). - The apartment is located in the only quiet and noiseless downtown area, Paseo de la Bomba. At the foot of the Genil River and the largest boulevard in Granada. - On that boulevard, just 2 minutes from the apartment, there is a park with swings for children and several SUPERMARKETS (one of them 24h). - Bus stop right outside the apartment door (5 min ride/every 10 min). - Community pool (summer months) If you like nature, it is the ideal place to hike along the Camino de la Fuente de la Bicha (or cholesterol route), where you can take gentle walks or pleasant runs.
