Contemporary studio with pool & breakfast

Enjoy a resort style stay in this newly built studio just 5 minutes walk to Ponsonby Rd restaurants. Separate from the main house with the use of a deep salt water pool (unheated). Featuring a king sized bed, mini fridge, lounge area, toaster (breakfast included inside your studio with toast, butter and jam and organic coffee and milk. Situated in the lively Ponsonby area, it is a five min walk to Ponsonby Road restaurants and a 30 min walk to CBD. The bus to Britomart is a six min walk away. The space The pool house is at the rear of our family home with its own separate entrance. We live in the main house with our two boys (10 and 15) and one cat. We try our best to give you your private space but if you do need anything I’m usually in and out most of the day. Provided in the studio is a selection of teas, organic coffee / raw sugar / filtered drinking water / cows milk or almond (I usually source milk from the farmers market). There is also a toaster with sourdough bread, grass fed butter and jam. The bathroom includes body wash and shampoo / conditioner. I also use all non-toxic cleaning products and no insect spray. Guest access The swimming pool and outdoor space is potentially shared (our boys sometimes use the pool but I would always message you to check if it’s ok for them to have a swim, and only if you’re not home) If you would prefer complete exclusivity you can also let me know when the booking is made. Other things to note The spa pool is an extra charge of $60 for an hours use. It is available up until 8:30pm. The swimming pool is salt water and it may not appear deep but it’s actually very deep and is perfect for diving into! We have one car park available in our driveway next to our black car.
