The perfect location for a romantic weekend away, family visit or for adventure seekers looking to kayak, boat or fish the Hacking river and explore the abundance of wildlife and attractions the Royal National Park has on offer. Within walking distance to Jack Grays cafe, convenience store and bottle shop. The space The studio is air-conditioned and has a combined living and bedroom space with an ensuite bathroom, kitchen and outdoor courtyard. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, two side tables and a closet for storage, with access to an ensuite bathroom containing a large shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. The living area contains a two seat sofa, which can be folded out to accomodate additional guests/ kids, a large screen TV and coffee table. The kitchen is self contained with stove top, oven, microwave and fridge with cooking equipment and some basic supplies available and has a two seat dining table and chairs. The courtyard has a three piece outdoor dining set, that is perfect for your morning coffee and breakfast, with a lockable gate for secure storage of property such as mountain bikes or kayaks. The studio has garden views that look out across the front lawn and garden, where you may on occasion be able to spot deer and native birds who often like to visit our front lawn and gardens.
