I've lived in this house for 12 yrs and love maintaining it as much as possible. 10 min walk to the tram, drive - 5 min to shops, 8 min to Surfers Paradise. Bus stops at doorstep. Lots of unlimited street parking. Situated in a residential area and yet 2 mins drive to Shopping centres, you can enjoy the parkland views in the backyard, while enjoying the sunset or morning coffee. This unit has a separate side entrance, wi-fi, secure carport, dishwasher and washing machine. The main bedroom is huge with built in wardrobe. The 2nd room is also a decent size. A great place to retreat and still be so close to all the Gold Coast attractions. Please note, that as the property owners, we live above this unit. Guest access The whole unit is yours to enjoy while backyard and pool are shared with owners Other things to note This is my home, not a hotel. I’ve lived here for over a decade and put care into maintaining it, so I ask that guests treat the space with the same respect and treat it as their own home.
