Bedroom 2 and living room 2 have old timber walls, and are poorly insulated. These can therefore get cold in the winter months, and are perhaps best suited as a bedroom and not a living room. All rooms have electric ovens, and living room 1 also has a heat pump that provides fast and good heat. The bathroom has heating cables in the floor. Guest access 1st floor in a private house.
