LUXURY RESORT STAY IN PRIVATE CASITA! Enjoy your private room in an open, spacious part of Terranea resort. The room includes a king bed, private bath, private patio, and desk! Guests have access to all resort facilities, including swimming pools (one with a water slide, another for 18+) complimentary golf cart shuttles from place to place, a gym, and 4 restaurants. This space is NOT shared with any other guest. Daily housekeeping included! The space King-sized bed, private bath, private patio. Patio opens up to a lovely grassy area. Comes with a desk to do work and a front patio lounge shared with only two other rooms equipped with a fireplace and couches. This space is similar to that of a hotel room, but in a more private, spacious area of the resort with grassy areas outside. The actual unit is NOT shared with any other guests. There is a mini fridge and Keurig coffee machine, and all ingredients to make coffee and tea are included! PET POLICY: All pets subject to one-time Terranea pet fee of $295. Guest access All guests have access to the entirety of Terranea resort and its amenities with the $90/night resort fee, which is included in the Airbnb total. A parking pass is $72/night, charged by the resort upon check-in. Please Note: Spa Access is $95/day per person, and is a separate fee from the resort fee. This is optional for those who want to enjoy a day at the spa. Spa access includes the spa pool, spa lounges, and saunas. Please message for details. ALL PETS SUBJECT TO TERRANEA PET FEE: Please ask about Terranea pet policy if interested in bringing pets! Other things to note Please Note: By staying here you are also a Terranea guest. Guests must abide by all Terranea rules, including Terranea check-in procedures (check-in at front desk, paying resort fee (now charged though Airbnb), and putting card down for incidentals.) INCIDENTALS: Per Terranea: "Front Desk will place an authorization of $500 per night for incidentals; should a guest provide a debit card, this will incur a charge that will be released upon check-out. The guest will not be charged until check out and they can view their bill on the television or Terranea will provide a final folio upon check out." NOISE COMPLAINTS: Terranea has a strict policy to ensure that the property remains a serene and peaceful getaway for guests.
