Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.Bright 440 sqft upper SINGLE FLOORPLAN apt with1 bathroom located on a property with four units on tree-lined st just 2 blks s of Beverly Hills border off of La Cienega Blvd., near ALL: restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, public transport ½ block, laundromats, parks, tennis courts, hospitals, shopping & beach 15 min away! The space Main living/sleeping rm is 12 x 17 w/Oak hdwd flrs. Queen plush medium firm mattress.Glass desk.Large walk-in closet built-in shelving throughout, dresser, shoe rack & glass sliding closet doors.The separate room a tiled-floor kitchen has custom Euro-style cabinets, granite countertops, a gas stove with oven, extracting hood & refrigerator. There is a deep single sink with garbage disposal. The windowed bathroom has a tiled floor & tiled stall shower only with rain showerhead. There are four large dual-pained windows.Wall gas heater, a window a/c & two ceiling fans. One wall adjacent with "twin" Single apt via bth & kit/dining room. Pavered walk way. Guest access To access the unit there are 16 exterior cement stairs to climb to arrive to the common covered porch of the two twin Single apartments which are located over four individual garages. This unit comes with a one-car garage with remote controlled door located just underneath at the ground level. The assigned garage is the first one on the left-side in the picture of the exterior. There is also FREE street parking with NO time limit NOR permit requirement like in much of LA and BH. FYI, we do have street cleaning on the 2nd and 4th weeks of the month on Mondays and Tuesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.. Please note, that majority of the occupants on the property have been multiple year tenants with parking being available. FYI, there is a friendly mid-sized dog walking lose at times in the back common walkway portion of the property. The unit a part of the rear structure of the property with the other side being a city alley. On Friday mornings as early 6:00 a.m., the three different city trucks drive thru the alley to pick-up the solid waste bins. Please note, for laundry, there are two very nice clean contemporary laundromats within a few blocks. The one I go to "Love Laundry" on Pico Blvd. has personnel on-site that offer Wash and Fold Services! Other things to note Please note as a CA Host, after accepting a reservation I will email a standard CA "Application to Lease" be completed, signed and returned to me along with two official picture I.D.s (i.e. passport, driver's license, etc.) within a couple of days for our records from each potential guest 18 years of age and older. Their complete names should also be added to the list of names with the Airbnb reservation. This unit has a Non-Smoking Indoors and No Pets Policy. Please note that the monthly price includes a cap of total of ALL utility usage of $150 per month. Over usage from that limit will be deducted from the Security Deposit on hold with Airbnb.
