Grandma’s House! Cute small home/quiet street.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Two bedrooms with a queen and a full mattress. Closet and dresser in each room. Fully updated kitchen. Washer and dryer in basement. One car garage. Patio outside . One full bath. Experienced Airbnb Hosts. This is my “Grandma” house to stay in to visit my kids. It’s gorgeous! The space This is a small house with a lot of charm! The bedrooms are good size with great beds. The decor is minimal but cute. There is a coffee bar with a Kerig. One bath with tub/shower combo. Full basement (unfinished) with a washer and dryer. Guest access Entire house, yard and garage Other things to note The trash pickup is Wednesday early morning. The can must be sat beside the road. They do not get out of the truck, it’s a mechanical arm. Edge of road similar to neighbors. Also the basement is not a dry basement. We keep the pump on as well as the dehumidifier. There is a squeegee in the basement to push excess water to the drain in the corner. Unfortunately due to allergies no animals allowed
