The cottage at "Nelly" is an old farmhouse, meticulously renovated and transformed into a charming vacation home, located in the small wine village of VOIGNY (in the Aube), very quiet, surrounded by vineyards and fields, where you can walk or bike, with a lot of varied landscapes as well as very beautiful views of the Aube valley. The space The exterior A common area, fenced, with terrace, table and garden chairs. A common laundry room with 2 washing machines (5 kg and 10 kg), 1 dryer (10 kg), an ironing board with steam unit. The space On the ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a seating area with a daybed sofa, 1 TV and 1 toilet. Upstairs: 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and spa bath 1st bedroom with a double bed 2nd bedroom with 3 single beds (1 pull-out bed and 1 mezzanine bed) 3rd bedroom with a double bed, a baby bed and a dressing area with a vanity unit and a toilet The 2 "Chez Nelly et Agnès" cottages are semi-detached with a fenced common outdoor area and 2 equipped terraces (garden tables and chairs), perfect for friendly or family gatherings. A total of 10 beds (2 double beds of 140 x 190), 2 double beds (160 x 200), 6 single beds (90 x 190) and 2 baby cribs (travel cot on request).
