An off-street parking spot allows you to leave your car and enjoy the city by foot. The entire cottage is yours- to refresh, relax and plan all your adventures in this charming coastal town. The space Sunrise Cottage has been fully renovated in the last 5 years and provides a whimsical, shabby-chic vibe full of vintage and eclectic decor. Downstairs is an open concept living, dining and kitchen area. the kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs, the living area features a pull out couch and a smart TV and there is a dining alcove that easily accommodates 4 or can be used as a work station. A charming 1/2 bath completes the downstairs. Upstairs is a loft-style open King Bedroom and a bath featuring an oversized open shower. Each level has its’ own A/C- heat unit for perfect comfort. After a day sightseeing in this great town come home to relax on your own deck with privacy fence- featuring a lounge area, bistro table and grill. Sunrise Cottage is located at the rear of historic, award-winning 1836 Greek Revival home- The Ebenezer Haines House. Guest access A private entry through the enclosed deck leads to the front door of the cottage- accessed by a smart box (code given at time of booking). Sunrise Cottage is attached to the main house and there is a door located in the 1/2 bath downstairs that remains closed and locked while guests are here. At checkout- please leave dirty towels in the bathroom and no need to make or strip the bed. Other things to note The location is downtown and you should expect to hear the sounds of people, night-life, cars, motorcycles and church bells- any common sounds you’d hear from an active downtown area. As previously stated- the cottage is ideal for 2. Accommodations for 4 would include the pull-out couch in the open main living area. There is no door on the upstairs bedroom and the only full bath is located upstairs off of that bedroom.
