The studio shares a wall with unit 1, but is completely walled off and separate. There are long term tenants living in unit 1 who are quiet and respectful. They enter their unit in a completely separate part of the duplex, so you will likely never see them. Guest access The key pad access makes coming and going easy. The entrance is from the alley way and has a designated parking place. The entrance to Studio 9 is through a gate with a courtyard and double doors. Very private, like a sweet oasis close to the heartbeat of Austin. Other things to note Please note that the entrance is on the alley!
