The space You enter this home on the middle level which comprises the large lounge, dining room and kitchen with guest bathroom. The main bedroom, large walk in closet and en- suite bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a TV/theatre room. Downstairs is the fourth bedroom with en suite bathroom and a large lounge and bar area which leads out onto the private pool. The pool are has a table and chairs with gas braai and sun loungers for relaxing. There are garages for two cars. Guest access The Zimbali Estate is an exclusive golf estate on the beach near Ballito. It has three swimming pools right next to the beach called the Valley of the Pools, with a restaurant open for meals. It has a childrens playground with trampolines and jungle gym at the Bushbuck Clubhouse and cafe. It has tennis courts and an 18 hole golf course. It also has another two swimming pools - one with childrens water slides away from the beach - Bushbuck pools. The Zimbali Beach Club is a restaurant open for meals and drinks around a swimming pool. The Capital Hotel opened in December 2021 with a variety of swimming pools, restaurants, bars, a Spa, conference rooms etc. Please contact The Capital Hotel Zimbali directly for any questions about its facilities. Other things to note You may not have day or overnight visitors - this is a Zimbali Security Rule for all homes in Zimbali. There is a refundable damage deposit of R7 500.00 or equal to one nights rate (whichever is the greater) that is payable for short stays of 4 nights or less for the home. If stays are longer than 4 nights, it is 20% of the total amount. This is payable to ZIMBALI HOMES Trust account, NOT to AirBNB. This will be invoiced to you separately after you have booked with AirBnb. The deposit will be refunded to you within 10 working days of departure providing there are no damages or fines. Most bookings have no deductions whatsoever, however if there are damages to the home or Zimbali Estate or fines issued by ZEMA. Then this amount will be deducted from the deposit to cover these damages or fines. So please be responsible and take care of everything - then there won't be a problem. Guests must abide by and sign the rules of the Zimbali Coastal Estate and provide all documentation required by the Zimbali Association a minimum of 48 hours before arrival. This will be emailed to you by the host. This includes ID documents for all adults and birth certificates for all children for security purposes. Please note that ZEMA (Zimbali Security) charge a late booking fee of R250.00 if documents are submitted late. We cannot submit documents if the deposit has not reflected in our ABSA Trust account. This is NOT our fee, it is Zimbali's rule and fee. This will be deducted from your deposit if charged by ZEMA for your booking. This applies to all bookings in Zimbali whether other owners inform you of this or not. I tell you this information upfront unlike other agencies who will deduct costs from you later without letting you know how ZEMA work. I would rather AVOID incurring any costs at all. Guests may not bring any pets as Zimbali is an Eco Resort - also a Zimbali Security Rule.
