The space The perfect place for those visiting Gainesville's thriving University scene or those wanting to experience the natural wonder of North Florida, such as the beautiful freshwater springs, like Ginnie Springs (only a 30-minute drive)! This newly-renovated, concept-designed condo features two bright double King Master Bedrooms with en-suite baths, greenery views, and a half bath downstairs. The main bedroom mattresses are KING-sized and feature luxurious, brand-new hotel-inspired bedding. Downstairs, there is also a sleeper sofa bed and a daybed pullout trundle. With 5 beds, the condo can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in total. Enough clean linens are always provided to make sure all guests enjoy a great night's sleep. In the condo, you'll find new flooring, soft boutique design, high ceilings, nature views, 100 Mbps WiFi, and 3 UHD LED TVs with free streaming access. We provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo & conditioner, and hand soap as well as fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C in addition to ceiling fans in almost every room of the house. Coffee, natural sugar, cream and a variety of herbal teas are also provided complimentary. This condo is conveniently located within walking distance from the Oaks Mall, Starbucks, local restaurants, and plenty of other eateries and entertainment. It couldn't be better situated! Parking is free in front of the building. Guest access Full access to condo, including: kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, HDTVs, etc. This is in addition to the living room, dining room, guest and master bed and bath and the neighborhood amenities like the pool and gym.
