Guest access SERVICES / AMENITIES For all services, you may visit our Laundry Shop (unit 256, yellow door), located at the Subic International Hotel Complex building across the street, at the emergency stairway on the 2nd floor (backside of the building) Opening Times: Every Day from 9am till 5pm or contact us through Airbnb messenger! * Laundry Full Service (wash, dry & fold): - Clothes: Regular (ready after 24hrs) for 45 ₱/kg or Rush (ready after 4hrs) for 65 ₱/kg - Linen / Comforters / Others: Regular (ready after 24hrs) for 65 ₱/kg or Rush (ready after 4hrs) for 85 ₱/kg. You may drop off your laundry at the above mentioned location or request for a pick-up through the airbnb messenger. 🧺 * The beds are prepared with cover sheet. In case you need an additional thicker blanket, there is a laundry fee of 150 ₱. 🛌 * Cleaning Service: You may schedule a complete cleaning of the apartment for 400 ₱ 🧹💦 * Scooter Rental Service: We have automatic scooters for rent. Please keep parts and packaging in good and complete condition. 🎲 * Toiletries & Others: Per stay, we provide 1x kitchen sponge, 1x dishwashing liquid bottle, 1x soap bar, 1x shampoo sachet (15ml.) per guest, 1x roll of toilet paper and 1x garbage bag per bin. If you require any additional, this will be on your own expense. 🧻🧼 Other things to note For a stay of 1 - 6 nights, water and electricity is included in the Airbnb rate and no deposit is required. For a stay more than 6 nights (weekly and monthly stays get a discount compared to the daily rate), water and electricity is charged separately according the meters from checkin till check out. A security deposit of 6000 ₱ is collected at the checkin and is returned at check out minus the electricity (15 ₱/ kWh) and water charges (98 ₱ /m3). Each apartment has their own meters and can be consulted at any time. A monthly average would be around 3000-6000 ₱ for both water and electricity.
