House in a great location in the city of Barra dos Coqueiros-Sergipe, 5 minutes from downtown Aracaju. Ground floor house and an upper floor with 3/4, 3 bathrooms, garage for 6 cars. Here in the house you will have comfort, safety and location, all in one place, and even 5G wifi. Please note, on weekends we only rent for a minimum of two nights. The space On the ground floor we have a space that I consider large, accommodating 6 cars, a swimming pool, a shower, a barbecue, two bathrooms, a kitchen with all the utensils. On the upper floor we have a living room with TV, 3/4, a bathroom, and a leisure area in front. All this space can accommodate up to 16 guests and also has 5G WIFI. The space can also be used for family events supporting up to 25 people, above 26 people additional fee, maximum capacity 70 people. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, such as the upper floor and the ground floor, including the pool and barbecue. Other things to note What may surprise you most is the security that the house offers with an electric fence and surveillance camera and an excellent location, close to everything. The beach is 2 minutes away, downtown Aracaju is 5 minutes away, there is a grocery store on the corner that is open every day until 10 p.m., and the Barra Mar mall is being built in front of the house.
