The boat is firmly on the jetty, is not moved / driven. It is rented to up to 5 people (e.g. 2 adults / 3 kids) as a "floating apartment". 5 bicycles are included, at no extra charge! SLEEPING: With up to 5 sleeping places, the ideal occupancy is 3-4 adults / 2 adults with 1-3 children. There are 2 separate sleeping places / bunks. With curtains. More duvets in the lower floor cabin in the bags on the side at the top. FACILITIES: Bathroom, 230 volt shore power, sink, fridge, microwave / oven, fan heater, hot plate, kettle, hairdryer, dishes, electric candles, extra blankets, pillows, 4 complete bed sets. CAR TRAVELERS: Please bring your own bed linen for "short bookings". (TRAVELERS - even with "short bookings" 3-4 nights there is linen & Co. from us) ATTENTION: There is an on-board toilet in the ship, but please use it only in an emergency. Basically, the modern clean sanitary facilities (including washing machine, dryer, etc.) are used in the harbor. They are located at the front of the jetty! It's only 50 steps. You will receive the digital chip for access on site. Or it hangs over the control panel. Guest access You will use the boat alone. Within walking distance it is exactly 2 minutes to the fine sandy beach, restaurants, bakery - coffee / kiosk in the harbor nearby. The city center is just under 15 minutes walking distance. Loading and unloading right on the water - 1 hour parking free of charge. Completely free parking is a 5-minute walk away. There is an unloading zone and handcarts in the immediate vicinity of the jetty. Parking is free for 1 hour, then it is subject to a charge. €1 per hour. Other things to note There are 5 bikes included in the price! Three for kids. For short bookings (3-4 nights), please bring your own bedding and towels if possible. Of course, this is not possible for train passengers. They get sheets and towels from us. Details beforehand by phone. We have a 200-300 km journey, so we have to discuss the exact procedure on the phone. Because spending 2.5 - 3.5 hours in the car for things that can also be clarified on the phone does not help us or the environment :-)) Unfortunately, no pets allowed, not even mini dogs.
