Cute lower level house 600 Feet to the Beach!

Family oriented house 600 feet from the beach! Lower level of beach house. 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom with queen bed and daybed, futon and Murphy bed in living room for additional sleeping. Lower outside porch. The upstairs is rented so you will have to share the outside space, outside shower, laundry room. Kitchen has 2 ovens but doesn’t have a stove. We have a griddle and a small portable burner used for cooking. We also have a charcoal grill on the outside patio for additional cooking. The space Please bring your own linens and towels for your stay. You may rent all your linens from Edisto Essentials for your stay. You'll need to bring your own paper product for the kitchen and bathroom as well as any detergents you need for your stay. The top portion of the house is also a rental. If another family booked the top unit you will both share the outside space including the laundry room. Other things to note Please leave the house as you found it. Clean your dishes and put them away. Take all trash out
