Private 3 Bedroom Lake Cottage

Relax, enjoy and make some memories with your family and friends in this historic lake cottage. Kids and adults both will enjoy playing games in the large yard, swinging in the hammock or fishing, swimming and enjoying the private lake outside the back door. Wonderful place to enjoy a bonfire after a day out at Great Lakes Crossing, Legoland, Sea Life, or Pine Knob Music Theatre & Ski Resort. Minutes from downtown Clarkston, Oxford and Lake Orion with many hip restaurants and charming shops. The space Sit back and relax in one of the three comfy bedrooms. Pack N Play and high chair/booster seat is available if needed. For safety all guests are required to wear life jackets while in the water. NO lifeguard is present! Fire Pit is available for use but firewood is not provided. There is a corner store and gas station nearby where new bundles should be available for purchase. If you choose to have a fire please make sure fire is fully put out. Safety: Please note that there are multiple steps in the home and thus the home is not handicap accessible. Guest access Guests will have access to cottage only! NOT garage or barn! Other things to note Please note: Lake access, swimming and fishing will be limited during winter months. Lake toys and dock will be available between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Firepit available for use but firewood is not provided.
