Quiet apartment near the water. The space The apartment is located in a house near Lake Ruppin (linear distance to the water about 50 m) on its east side opposite Neuruppin (well connected by the lake dam). It has separate access from the outside. Interior: Space for 2 people; couch in the living room on request can possibly be used as an extra bed for a child 40 m² (living room with kitchenette: 23 m², bedroom: 13 m², bathroom with shower: 5 m²) Bedroom with double bed (180 cm wide, 190 cm long, with electrically adjustable slatted base) and small desk Kitchenette equipped with induction cooktop, range hood, fridge, oven with microwave, kettle, tea maker, toaster, dishes and extensive cutlery Living room with pullout couch and a recliner with fold-out footrest Outdoor areas: Terrace with seating at the living room towards the lake, where you can enjoy the evening sun from spring to autumn in appropriate weather Terrace with seating to the northeast of the living room next to the kitchenette with a table and 2 loungers Small terrace by the bedroom facing the garden and the morning sun In front of the bedroom, the garden area can be used for relaxing and grilling Surroundings: It is about 100 m walk to a small swimming area. There is also the possibility of using a kayak. From the house you can also start a nice little jogging/Nordic walking tour. In the city you can rent a boat or bikes to explore the surrounding area. There are several bike paths on which you can ride through beautiful nature (highly recommended for early risers is the bike path via Krangen to Lindow with subsequent breakfast - a kind of brunch - at Lake Gudelack). The city is in approx. 25 minutes walking distance via the lake dam. Behind it you will find the nearest restaurant (Italian with outdoor terrace and ice cream parlor directly on the lake). The train station is about 30 minutes away by foot. The train runs every hour towards Berlin (it is about 1.5 hours to Potsdamer Platz train station). Please only NON-SMOKERS!
