The space One finds this modern space steeped in the beautiful natural landscape of the Coconino National Forest. Relax on the back patio with views of Chimney Rock, Thunder Mountain and Little Sugarloaf. Access an abundance of trails for hiking and mountain biking directly from the backyard. Property is adjacent to the Thunder Mountain trailhead as well as walking distance to the famous Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park. Minutes from local restaurants and shopping, yet tucked away in a private neighborhood adjacent to Bureau of Land Management National forest for peace, serenity and observance of the sparkly night sky (Sedona is a Dark Sky community). Simple luxuries inside include brand new Certi-Pur mattress, organic sheets and towels, non-toxic bathing and cleaning products. Non-toxic bath salts also included for a soak after a day of hiking/mountain biking and sight-seeing. Organic coffee and organic condiments/seasonings are also included. The space is fully air-conditioned and is constructed of ICF concrete walls to maintain a comfortable, energy efficient indoor climate. Zero VOC paints and GreenGuard Gold Certified flooring enhance better indoor air quality. A HEPA air filter is included in the space. We also have an EV charger on-site as well as an ethernet connection.
