Our new construction “Ocean House” is a 6 min walk from long sands beach. There is a beach wagon, plenty of beach toys, and chairs for guests to make the short walk to the beach a breeze. The house has been thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay including a stocked kitchen w/ supplies, (2) 70” flat screen smart TVs w/ cable, two queen beds, a full size, king size, full size bunk beds with twin trundle, and a queen sofa bed, with an open floor plan, bright decor, and convenient location. The space The house has an open and airy feel. Although only a short walk from the long sands beach, it is a quiet place to retreat to. There is a patio for grilling and outdoor dinning. The open floor plan on the main level allows guests to be together and there is additional room on the lower level with television and queen sofa bed. The lower level also has a 10 foot shuffle board table and two 4 player arcade games - NBA Jam and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - for family fun! There are two bathrooms (one with shower and one with shower/tub). Guest access Guests have full access to the house. There is one locked owners closet on the main floor and another closet in the lower level that stores owners larger items. Everything else in the house is for guests to use and enjoy!
