Parking Passes must be displayed in the vehicle at ALL times to avoid towing. For your convenience, the lot is monitored 24hrs a day. If the pass is NOT displayed and your vehicle is towed, you are responsible for the recovery of the vehicle. The apartment has keyless entry to the building for convenience. And lockbox access to each apartment. One key is provided for each apartment. Replacement for a lost key is $100 Lock-Out service is $200 after normal business hours. Our management office is located on-site, and if you are locked out during regular hours please let us know. Other things to note Located on the second floor, this apartment is accessible by a full flight of stairs and does not have elevator access. Guests will have two designated off-street parking spaces behind the building. Sleeping arrangements include one king bedroom and a second bedroom with a full-over-full bunk bed, making the layout ideal for a variety of group stays. Fresh linens and towels are provided, for the guest count you provide. The kitchen is equipped with essential cookware and dining items, and in-unit laundry is available for added convenience. The Roku TV allows guests to access streaming services using their own login credentials.
