Perfect for those who are looking for a serene workspace, leisurely weekend or a natural detox. A fully stocked entertainment room with a pool table, table tennis table and host of other board games will make sure you're never bored. The space The Three Oaks Homestay is located about 8 hours from Delhi by road. Other interesting and popular places like Mukteshwar is 1 hour, Kainchi Dham is 1 and a half hours and Ranikhet is 2 hours. For those coming via train and arriving at Kathgodam station, it would take about two and a half hours from the station. At our abode, you get to reside in a sustainably and artistically built villa that has all the modern facilities while being situated in a verdant forest area. The property receives ample sunlight and the front lawn is the perfect place to lounge with a book from our elaborate collection. Mornings and evenings make for great times to head out for a short hike or a cycling trip. All this while, the caretaker- Prem will be assisting you with the property amenities and will be available to cook delicious meals. The Three Oaks has 4 bedrooms that are available for rent. In addition, the property includes a fully stocked kitchen, a living room with a TV and speaker, a dining area, a lawn with swings and an entertainment room with the following facilities: 1) Full sized American Pool Table 2) Table Tennis table 3) Foosball 4) Mini air hockey 5) Chess 6) Carrom 7) Board games In addition to this we also have a basketball hoop and badminton racquets should you wish to indulge in outdoor sports. For the cycling enthusiasts, we have 4 mountain cycles ready at your disposal. As you wind up your day, Prem will be happy to set up a bonfire or barbecue for you under the starry sky. Guest access The closest market area is Nathuakhan which is located about 20 minutes from Three Oaks. Basic amenities such as bread, milk and biscuits can be procured from a shop adjacent to the property. An advance notice of food and grocery requirements can be given. The property has parking space available for three cars. There is adequate network coverage and WiFi is provided for in the main living area. In addition, we have included a portable dongle in the office room. Though there are oil heaters in every room, guests are advised to carry adequate warm clothing as the nights can get very cold during winters. For food: You bring the food and we provide the cooking - Rs 600/person per day. Other things to note 1) The property has two cottages. The first cottage has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (not attached but right outside the room) , living area, kitchen and dining area. The second cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (One attached and one shared between 2 rooms). 2) Meals: Simple home cooked Indian meals will be served, If you have any special dietary requirements, please inform in advance. 3) Bonfire and barbecue will require prior notice. Barbecue is chargeable @ INR 2000/use.. 4) Children under 10 years of age will not be charged. Please do not add them as guests while booking.. 5) Maximum occupancy is 12 people. Sleeping arrangement is 4 beds and 2 sofa cum beds (in the living room).
