The space This villa has three bedrooms, a cute porch, big balconies, a spacious dining and living area with high ceilings that afford ample light & air, and a fantastic view of the paddy fields just behind the villa. A beautiful premium villa in the heart of South Goa, dressed in Goan colours and an expensive colonial interior, this home takes you back in time and gives a true experience of how the aristocratic Portuguese lived back in the days. The home is decorated with quirky pieces of artwork and showpieces, lovingly selected by the homeowner. The living area cum dining hall cum kitchen with its high ceilings and natural light coming in through the glass walls makes for a comfortable, breathable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all basic modern amenities as well as a fine collection of crockery. The first bedroom is on the ground floor, with a spacious attached bathroom. Climb up the stairs to the first floor while enjoying the view of the lush paddy fields and a collection of quirky frames. The master bedroom is on this floor. Opening up to a balcony on one side and a patio on the other, it also has an attached bathroom. You will also notice tiny colourful birds dangling from the ceiling. The third, which is the attic bedroom looks straight out of a fairytale or the movies. With restored furniture, a comfy and elegant brass bed, glass doors and a cute window by which you can sit and read a book while sipping your evening tea, or a space for your kids to enjoy a game of monopoly, it truly is magnificent and magical. Please note that there is no attached bathroom for this room. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property including the common swimming pool area which has an attached kiddy pool. The swimming pool uses special Japanese chemicals as an alternative to chlorine. Note: Pool is now operational. Pool timings 8am-7pm. Other things to note -Cleaning of the house is done every day. -The linens and towels will be changed after every 3rd day. If you'd like to change them before that, there will be an extra charge. -Laundry services (washing, drying & ironing) are available for a small nominal fee. - We have basic cooking utensils like pots, pans and cookers. -Guests can easily order food through Swiggy and Zomato as delivery services are available in the area. Additionally, there are several local cafés and eateries nearby that guests can explore and enjoy during their stay. -Guests are requested to submit soft copies of their ID proofs 2 days before arrival and show the hard copies of the ID proofs while checking in. -Let us know in case of early or late check-in, and we shall try our best to accommodate your needs based on our availability. -Our Experience Engineer will be in constant interaction with you throughout your stay.
