Fabulous home with incredible fly fishing. We have 2 homes on the Big Laramie River. This is our El Rancho Pequeño House. Fishing! Stunning views, National Forest access, skiing (Snowy Range Resort is about 45 min), lakes, hiking, and climbing. Gourmet kitchen, wood burning fireplace, Starlink internet. Modern art work, spacious interiors, gracious dining inside & out, a perfect place to unwind and yet, when needed check in on projects and stay in touch with the office. There is a large great room with vaulted chalet ceiling, 2 couches, 2 love seats, central fireplace, Smart Tv and dining for 10. The kitchen with island is open to the great room. We have double drawer dish washer, refrigerator, 36 inch 6 burner range. 2 convection ovens. All Manner of pots, pans, cuisinart, stand kitchenaid mixer, waffle maker, blender ...etc. There is a central bathroom with tub/shower combo. There is a master bedroom with king bed and master shower bath room and exterior door. There is a queen bedroom with exterior door. There is a bunk room with 2 bunks fixed to the wall and 2 twin beds. This room can sleep 2 adults in the twin beds. The wall bunks are best suited for children. There is a central library / Smart Tv area. We have a washer and dryer. The river is less than 100 feet from the house. There is a fire pit with outside furniture. We have exterior dining. We have a gas grill, smoker/charcoal grill and a Big Green Egg for the enthusiast! If you want complete privacy, you will need to rent both houses. There is on site parking. The house has a key pad entrance. We have a manager that checks on the property before and after each stay. We are all available via email or phone prior to and during your stay. Rural location steps for the Big Laramie River. You will need a vehicle. Pets must be approved prior to arrival and will require a fee, based on number, size and type. • Pets are not allowed on furniture nor in beds. Please do not place sheets, towels, or blankets on the furniture and let your animal on furniture. Please do not bathe pets in the bathroom. This will result in additional fees.
