The space After walking up the steps you will enter the living area with a large wall mounted HDTV, two La-z-boy recliners and a comfy couch. Continuing walking and you’ll enter the kitchen with a full size frigerator, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, mini convection oven & 1 counter top burner. (Full stove and oven not available). Next to that there is a private full bath w/ stand-up shower. Down the hallway outside the bathroom you will encounter the master bedroom with a super comfy Memory Foam King size mattress and a full set of dressers and bedside tables. The second bedroom also has a comfy twin memory foam mattress and a full set of bedroom furniture. In the second bedroom, you will also find the dedicated work space with a comfy chair to work from. Please note there are steep steps to get to the apartment space. Also the shower is a small stand up shower and may not accommodate everyone. The banister at the top of the steps is low. If you have children they will need to be closely watched at the top of the stairs and near the banister. Notes on Noise: As mentioned in other info about location, we are located on a busy Main Street. The master bedroom faces the mains street. You should expect road noise. In colder months when the heat is in use you can expect to hear some banging or pinging noises from pipes and radiators in the unit. The heat is a gas powered steam boiler. The noise is normal for this type of system. The system itself is serviced and inspected once yearly. I want you and your party to be aware that the noises, if you hear them, are completely typical for this type of heat. They do not indicate any problems and are coming from a well maintained and functioning system. Guest access You will be able to access the apartment from the front door of the house. You will. E given a code to get into a lock box that holds the key to the door lock and dead bolt. The entrance is private and only you will have access to it. This will lead you into a small foyer with storage for shoes and coats. The steps are directly in front of you as you walk in the front door. Once up the steps you will enter into the living area and to your right you will find a hallway leading to the bedrooms and the rest of the apartment. Other things to note Lots of streaming options are available on the large wall mounted HD television including HBO Max, Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime Video and more.
