Our recently renovated apartment is a peaceful place to relax, perfect for couples and professionals. Located in leafy Balham, you'll be spoilt for choice with a range of nearby independent coffee shops, bars and restaurants. A short 10 minute walk from Balham tube and overground stations, you're never far from the hustle and bustle of central London. The space Our light and airy south facing apartment is located on the ground floor, with its own front door and high ceilings throughout. The front door opens in to the entrance hall running past the living room, bedroom and bathroom into the kitchen where the space opens out on to a 40ft long fenced garden complete with artificial grass and raised patio. Living room Enjoy the 48" HD smart tv with Fire TV Stick allowing you to accessed Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and more. Desk with chair and external monitor for those working remotely. Super comfortable extra large sofa, armchair and pouffe. Large traditional windows maximise floods of natural sunlight with added privacy from hardwood shutters and floor to ceiling blackout curtains. Bedroom Relax in the Super King size bed complete with Panda mattress topper and bedding. A huge wardrobe with floor to (almost) ceiling mirrors and tall drawer unit provide ample storage space for short or long stays. Bathroom Bright wet room with large bath, walk in rain shower, heated towel rail and anti-fog bathroom mirror. Kitchen Fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Nespresso machine and utensils. There is no dishwasher in the property. Garden 40ft long South-facing garden with artificial grass, raised patio and rattan garden furniture set. On street parking available for 1 vehicle using daily parking permits. Permits need to be placed on the dashboard of the vehicle before 8.30am daily (the parking attendants are very thorough!) Please let me know in advance the number of weekdays you will require a permit for. Guest access You'll have the entire apartment to yourself for the duration of your stay, however the property is our primary residence when we're not renting it out, so there may be some of our belongings around the space such as ornaments and books. Other things to note For security and peace of mind the property has a full Ring Alarm System installed, which you're able to arm using your personal alarm code when you're out and about exploring London. There is a Ring video Doorbell located at the front door (entrance) of the property. There are NO indoor cameras.
