In the middle of the southern Skåne landscape, a couple of kilometers from the road between Malmö and Ystad, lies this small Skåne farmhouse in a peaceful rural idyll with origins from the 1780s. Sheep and horse pastures are located in the area along with smaller horse farms. The 60 m2 home that is now rented out has been completely renovated from floor to ceiling The standard is modernized for a comfortable stay, underfloor heating. A compact, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge/freezer and a small dining area. Wood stove, Smart TV, all the world's TV The space The red deer are visible all year round as they roam freely through the surrounding Svaneholm's Norrskog nature reserve. The accommodation, a small Skånelänga of 60 m2, has been completely renovated from floor to ceiling and has a whitewashed facade and new windows. Everything has been recreated stylishly but with care according to the house's tradition and history. Inside, building care materials have been used in interior details and natural and non-toxic methods have been used, for example, to paint walls and treat spruce floors. The standard has been modernized for a comfortable stay with raised ceilings, lowered floors and installed underfloor heating. A compact but functionally equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge/freezer and a small dining area is available. In the middle of the room, a nice wood-burning stove spreads warmth and coziness during cooler days, in front of the comfortable sofa bed. Internet TV is ready with internet access (Wifi) to all the world's entertainment. In the adjoining bedroom, there is a double bed, a bookshelf/cabinet for storage and a clothes rail. The bathroom is tastefully tiled with shower corner and toilet. A smaller utility room is available with a washing machine and central vacuum cleaner. Through the deep window sills, you can see the meadows with grazing sheep and horses to the north and the neighboring farm to the south. The short end of the house and the courtyard (not fully arranged) are directly adjacent to the gravel road (return road with limited traffic). There, on sunny days, you can have your breakfast and lunch at the outdoor furniture. The secluded backside with large lawn framed by tall birches is suitable for afternoon hanging out or to see the evening sun set behind the hills. Soccer goals, trampoline and croquet can bring the whole family together for play and games. Bikes are also available to borrow. (Available during the summer months) A couple of kilometers from the house via beautiful forest roads, Svaneholm Castle & Museum is located by Svaneholm Lake, where those who are interested can also fish. In Skurup (7 km) there are grocery stores and restaurants. One of the South Coast's most beautiful beaches in Mossbylund is about 15 kilometers away, as well as Abbekås and Smygehuk, where there are, among other things, golf courses and inns. The location in the middle of southern Skåne invites you to explore the wonderful nature of Österlen and Romeleåsen. Here, the small family (2 or 3 adults, or 2 adults + 2 children) will enjoy a good standard of living, nature close by and in a rural environment with proximity to many activities and attractions.
