Hogan Cottage, Water Front on Nanaquaket Pond

Come stay with us at our cozy summer cottage steps from the water. Bring your kayaks or paddle boards or rent from us and spend some time swimming and exploring in Nanaquaket Pond. Relax in our quaint neighborhood hidden away on a private dirt road. Located close to Tiverton Four Corners, Little Compton, and many beaches. This is the perfect summer getaway. Take a day to head to Newport, Providence or Boston all close to Tiverton, RI. The space Our cottage is located on a private dirt road among a small community of other summer cottages. The cottages are all fairly close together so you will see our neighbors. *PLEASE NOTE OUR COTTAGE HAS ONE BEDROOM AND A FOLD DOWN COUCH. BEST FOR A COUPLE OR A FAMILY. The cottage has an open floor plan for the living spaces, and has one bedroom with a TV in the room that sleeps 2 guests. We do have a pull out couch if you are traveling with children but we do not advise more than 2 adults occupy the cottage together. We do not have a dishwasher but have a full size fridge and stove for cooking meals. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cottage, the cottage deck and patio and the stairs that access the water. Please enter the water at your own risk and ability. You may bring kayaks and paddle boards to launch during your stay, we have 2 paddle boards that you can rent on a daily basis, please inquire. Other things to note We allow 2 cars per stay. We do not allow parties or additional guests on the property at any time. Please be respectful of our neighbors, many of which live here full time and are not on vacation.
