Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The property is nestled on 3 acres filled with different activities. To start we have a 1/4 Mile Walking Path paved with crush stone. A BBQ and Bon Fire Area ready to host any function with an adjacent Pavilion and Outhouse. Fishing can be had from either Trout Run or Crum Creek and our canoe is yours for the using while staying at our property. We also have a small rickety bridge that crosses the creek that many find leisure on as well. You will be staying on the third floor of our four story residence that you will access by elevator. Your room will be at the end of the hallway as shown. Your room includes a large spacious bedroom with a large walk in closet and a large bathroom with jack and Jill sinks. You will have access to the living room on the same floor, kitchenette and work space. We also have a pool table(waiting for repair) and ping pong table with a small common bathroom on the fourth floor for your use as well. So you’ll have access to the 3rd and 4th floors of our home. Our family lives on the second and the first floor is just an entry way. You will take a private elevator to your floor and you will have a private room, bathroom and closet for your stay. The living room, laundry area and game room will all be available for any of our guests to use. You can also have access to our campground and the pavilion along with our two exterior porches. Our family will be in and out of the home during your stay. 4 members of the family live in the residence and one on that floor in his own private room. All 4 members can help and assist you during your stay Our neighborhood is nestled behind Sts Peter and Paul Cemetery in Broomall Pa. In what many call the last forrest of Delaware county Pa, we are nestled between two creeks. Our mailing address says Springfield but that’s not the town we live in. We are mere minutes from shopping, food and drink in either downtown Media or in Lawrence Park and only 15-25 minutes away from Philadelphia. With no traffic you can be at the sports complexes very quickly. Enjoy the city but stay in the suburbs. 2 minutes from 476 nestled quietly away. We have enough parking but our neighborhood doesn’t have any sidewalks. We do have pets. A very friendly dog and chickens. We will make sure the dog doesn’t bother you during your stay if you don’t like dogs.
