Boat House with Hot Tub & Sauna

You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable retreat. Experience the seaside beauty and charm of Ketch Harbour in our little Boat House. Enjoy a glass of wine on the deck or in our Hot Tub while watching the beautiful sunset. We also have a wood fired sauna to help unwind and rejuvenate. ** Sauna time must be booked with host. An easy 20 min. drive to Halifax. Good base for Crystal Crescent Beach, Peggys Cove, and Lunenburg. Hiking trails minutes away. The space We're right next door if you need anything, but we'll respect your privacy. Bedroom The cozy loft space is accessed by a ship ladder. This could be a challenge for people with mobility issues or a big suit case! There is a double bed, a single bed and a reading nook. Main Space The main floor has a convertible sofa for sleeping. Also a wood stove for chilly evenings! Kitchen Coffee & tea provided. Portable two-burner induction cooktop, microwave, fridge, toaster, Keurig and everything you need to prepare a meal. Bathroom There is a tiny shower and also a outdoor hot shower. Long showers are limited due to a smaller hot water heater. Other things to note There are two popular take out places 10 minutes away. ( Mishoo's Take Out and Now Were Cooking delivers) Outdoor Space Hot tub & Barbeque area. Dock, Kayaks, paddle boat, Firepit, charcoal grill. Guest access Lower yard. Other things to note Lower driveway leads to directly to the Boat House. Parking by gold shed. Please note the shower is "tiny". Sauna time must be pre booked and heated/managed by host.
