The space The Olvini Villa is a stunning 3-story property spanning 230m², nestled on a lush 2000m² plot filled with olive trees and a beautifully landscaped garden. This luxurious villa features a private heated pool for adults (45m²) and a separate kids' pool (5m²), making it an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends. The villa offers unobstructed views of the serene green landscape and the majestic White Mountains, providing a tranquil setting for your vacation. Its prime location allows easy access to Chania’s city center, popular sandy beaches, and the highway, making it perfect for exploring the island. Upon entering the villa on the first floor, you'll find a spacious living room with elegant handmade decor, a comfortable dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a WC, and a large terrace with panoramic views of the pool and surrounding scenery. The second floor offers three well-appointed bedrooms: two with double beds and one family room with two bunk beds. Each bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom, and the upper floor enjoys views of all four horizons. On the lower floor, with direct access to the pool, a separate entrance leads to another stylish living area, a second fully equipped kitchen, a dining space, and two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed with poolside access, while the other offers two single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. This floor also boasts a large terrace with a built-in barbecue and outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals. The villa’s interior is uniquely decorated, with many handmade elements crafted by traditional artisans, blending rustic charm with modern luxury. Guest access The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost. There is also free parking for all of our guests. Other things to note We have to inform you of a new fee mandated by the Greek government. It’s called “environmental fee” and has been implemented for all properties. If your reservation is from January to March or from November to December, the amount is 4€ per day for the whole group (not per person). If your reservation is from April to October, the amount is 15€ per day. To streamline the process and ensure a seamless experience during your stay, we kindly request your cooperation in settling this fee upon your arrival.
