We're excited to share with you a beautifully renovated property while keeping with its historic charm of exposed beams, brick and high ceilings. This building does not have a gym (QNTM gym is walking distance from the lofts), pool nor roof deck. Other things to note We proudly own and manage 18 lofts in Downtown Nashville. Our 1 and 2 bedroom lofts are located in the same building, while our 3 bedroom lofts are just a short 2-block walk away. Standard check in time is 3 pm CST and check out is before 10 am CST. We offer an early check in of 1 pm CST and a late check out of 12 pm CST for a $​7​5 fee per time adjustment based on availability. All adjustments must be requested one week prior to check in date. We do NOT have a front desk, office or storage room for storing luggage prior to check in or after check out. LUGGAGE STORAGE: If early check in or late check out is all booked up, not to worry! MCL has partnered with Music City Luggage Locker to provide our guests with safe luggage storage. Our direct contact information for luggage storage is provided to all booked guests. PS they also offer a grocery shopping service for stocking the refrigerator prior to your arrival! PARKING: We do NOT offer parking with our reservations. OUR LOCATION IS SO GOOD YOU WON'T NEED A CAR! Daily parking is available near the loft starting around $30 daily rate (midnight to midnight), subject to higher rates for Special Events taking place in the downtown area. There is a PARKING GARAGE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED next door to our building.
