- NOTE: This condo is on the south side of the property and guests cannot access the condo through the front of the home. Detailed instructions on how to access the condo will be provided after booking your stay

- NOTE: The property is not suitable for children under the age of 8 due to the wide spacing of railings on the balcony

- NOTE: The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility

- NOTE: When going to the beach, please follow the trail to the lake and do not trespass on private property

- NOTE: The homeowner lives on-site, in a separate unit, and may be present during your stay

- NOTE: The homeowner will not provide any complimentary coffee or kitchen condiments to guests for safety concerns

- NOTE: The ice machine is out of order right now. You will need to bring your own ice if you'll need it for your stay

- NOTE: No Boats or Trailers. The route to the home can accommodate smaller trailers (16ft. or less) due to sharp curves in the road to the property

- NOTE: Feel free to bring your smaller water sport accessories along to enjoy fishing, paddle boarding, and kayaking located within steps from the home

- NOTE: Rocky shoreline may be wider, up to 100 ft depending on lake level
